- Foreigners who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a four-year university/graduate school in Korea (no restrictions on major)
- Foreigners currently residing in Korea aiming for employment (Overseas Koreans with an F-4 visa are not eligible)
- Must be able to communicate in Korean (business-level conversation preferred)
- Proficient in Korean communication

Common Required Qualifications
- Must possess a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) certificate with a minimum level 4
- No disqualifying factors for overseas travel and work / No color blindness or color weakness
Common Preferred Qualifications
- Preference given to those whose native language is English/Vietnamese/Indonesian/Myanmarese/Spanish/French/Japanese

Selection Process and Schedule
- Document Screening → Aptitude Test → Interview (1st/2nd rounds) → Medical Checkup → Final Interview → Final Selection
Internship Period
- 6 months of internship → Conversion to regular employee based on performance (evaluation every 3 months)
Salary
- Annual salary of 47 million KRW upon conversion to regular employment
