■ Qualifications
- Foreign nationals staying in Korea with a Bachelor's degree or higher who have already graduated.
- Applicants who can commit to a full-time internship for approximately 6 months from January ~ July.
- Applicants must have no disqualifications for employment or employment visa in Korea (D10, E7, F visas acceptable).
- No disqualifications for overseas travel or health reasons.
■ Position: Foreigner / Job Category: Global Marketing
1. Thai
- Location: Seoul (HQ)
- Brand: Hera
- Evaluate local acceptance of Hera Thai subsidiary communication strategy and assist with translation.
- Research current trends in local e-commerce and assess brand acceptance.
- Conduct real-time research on Thai social trends and plan content.
2. Malaysian or Thai
- Location: Seoul (HQ)
- Brand: ASTURA
- Conduct market and competitor research and review analysis to respond to global customer needs and explore brand expansion opportunities.
- Investigate customer reviews and rankings in the Southeast Asia region.
- Conduct feedback research, analysis, and trend reports for product expansion into existing countries.
- Preference given to candidates proficient in English.
3. Japanese
- Location: Seoul (HQ)
- Brand: Sulwhasoo
- Conduct market research for long- and mid-term Japan subsidiary entry.
- Conduct Japan market research (customers, channels, products, competitors, etc.).
- Support Japanese influencer marketing (selecting influencers, creating guidelines, reviewing posts, setting up, and regularly reviewing Lips brand content).

■ Working Conditions and Compensation
- Working hours: Basic 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, excluding 1 hour lunch break).
