Introduction
Hyundai Corporation Group is operating the "The Next Talent" full-time employment program to grow together with university students who will become future leaders.
This program targets 3rd- and 4th-year university students and provides opportunities to experience Hyundai Corporation Group’s corporate culture and to gain full-time employment through practice-oriented internal education and diverse programs.

Recruitment Fields and Job Descriptions
- Vehicle/Smart Mobility: Product development and trading
- Overseas Sales (Energy/Petrochemical/Steel/Brand): Development of new items/clients, market trend research
- Accounting: Financial accounting, tax accounting, consolidated accounting
- Management Support (Finance): Fund procurement and operation, accounts receivable and export insurance management
- Planning: Company-wide business planning and performance evaluation
- HR: HR management, recruitment, evaluation/compensation, global HR operation and improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Majors in Business, Engineering, or Language Studies
- Second language proficiency (Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, etc.)
- Accounting positions preferred for those who passed the first stage of CPA or Tax Accountant exams
- HR positions preferred for those with an HR-related major
Work Location
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in a four-year accredited university (expected graduation: February or August 2026)
- Language proficiency test scores must be obtained within 2 years from the date of application submission (exemption for graduates from English-speaking universities)
▶ TOEIC 800 or higher, or TOEIC SPEAKING IM3 or higher, or OPIC IM2 or higher
▶ For foreigners: TOPIK level 6 or higher
※ Applicants without a language score at the time of application must submit it after final acceptance.
※ Applicants must have completed or be exempt from military service and have no restrictions on traveling abroad.
