Common Qualifications and Preferred Requirements:
- Holders of a bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year university (including those expected to graduate in February 2025)
- Preference for holders of a master’s or doctorate degree
- Preference for those proficient in English or a second foreign language
- Preference for holders of relevant licenses (e.g., civil engineer, urban planning engineer, etc.)
- Preference for those who can utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Field-specific Qualifications and Preferred Requirements:
- Civil Engineering (General): Preference for master’s degree holders in Civil Engineering
- Legal Affairs: Preference for holders of a lawyer’s license
- Overseas Sales (Latin America): Preference for those proficient in Spanish
Other Qualifications and Preferred Requirements:
- Preference given to those who are classified as protected individuals, such as persons with disabilities and veterans, according to relevant laws
- Those who are exempt from military service or have completed military service without restrictions on overseas travel
- For foreigners, no issues with obtaining a work visa in South Korea
