'24 AMOREPACIFIC Fragrance Development Role (Open to All Nationalities)

Responsibilities

• Design and establish fragrance strategies for global brands
• Analyze global customer fragrance preferences and characteristics
• Evaluate and analyze fragrance for global brands
• Develop fragrance directions that consider trends, brand characteristics, and customer preferences across global regions
  Location: Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
• Experience: 5+ years in fragrance development for global perfume and cosmetics brands
• Other Requirements:
  • Extensive overseas residency experience (any nationality)
  • Ability to formulate fragrance strategies for cosmetic brands and expertise in fragrance development
  • Capability to analyze fragrance trends and customer characteristics
  • Proficiency in business-level English
  • No disqualification for overseas travel and health
  • For foreign nationals: TOPIK Level 4 or higher, with no employment or visa restrictions in Korea

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Majors in chemistry, biology, food sciences, or cosmetics-related fields
• Experience in analyzing fragrance-related preferences and conducting customer research in markets such as the U.S. or Europe
• Previous employment with global fragrance or cosmetics brands or fragrance companies
