Responsibilities
- Design and establish fragrance strategies for global brands
- Analyze global customer fragrance preferences and characteristics
- Evaluate and analyze fragrance for global brands
- Develop fragrance directions that consider trends, brand characteristics, and customer preferences across global regions
Location: Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
- Experience: 5+ years in fragrance development for global perfume and cosmetics brands
- Other Requirements:
- Extensive overseas residency experience (any nationality)
- Ability to formulate fragrance strategies for cosmetic brands and expertise in fragrance development
- Capability to analyze fragrance trends and customer characteristics
- Proficiency in business-level English
- No disqualification for overseas travel and health
- For foreign nationals: TOPIK Level 4 or higher, with no employment or visa restrictions in Korea
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Majors in chemistry, biology, food sciences, or cosmetics-related fields
- Experience in analyzing fragrance-related preferences and conducting customer research in markets such as the U.S. or Europe
- Previous employment with global fragrance or cosmetics brands or fragrance companies
