Artist Content Planning/Production Position (Entry-Level/Experienced)

[Job Responsibilities]You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Planning, shooting, and producing original content for artists
• Planning and producing album promotion content
• Managing YouTube channels and external vendors

[Required Qualifications]We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Holds an associate degree or higher (preferred majors: video production, design)
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
• Has a strong interest in and understanding of YouTube content, the entertainment industry, and the music industry as a whole
• Has the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, and communicate effectively with relevant departments and partner vendors
• Is eligible for international travel
• Can submit a portfolio that demonstrates job-related skills
  • Portfolio related to video production and design (file format: free)
  • Exclude works where your contribution is less than 70%

[Preferred Qualifications]We prefer candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Have relevant work experience
• Can communicate effectively in English or Japanese for work purposes

[Hiring Process]The hiring process will proceed as follows:

• Document Screening > First Interview > Second Interview > Medical Examination/Compensation Negotiation > Hiring
• Detailed schedules will be individually notified.
