- Plan and manage sales growth strategies for overseas online channels
- Manage global accounts: handle email and phone communications, conduct meetings with new buyers
- Drive global retail expansion: develop sales and marketing strategies by country and product
- Product operations: plan and manage overseas-exclusive products, shipments, inventory, and demand forecasting
✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who…
- Has at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Has a strong interest and understanding of beauty brands
- Can communicate fluently in English for business purposes
- Can collaborate smoothly with external clients and internal teams
- Is proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Has strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Is proactive and confident in communication and presentations with partners
- Works with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and clear business etiquette
✅ It’s a Plus If You…
- Are proficient in a second language (Russian, Chinese, Spanish, etc.)
- Have studied or lived abroad
- Have previous experience in similar roles
