About the Russia Business Division
Since successfully launching in Russia in 2021, d'Alba has become one of the most successful K-beauty brands in the market. Our presence spans major online platforms such as Ozon, Wildberries, Lamoda, and Letual, as well as premium offline retailers like Gold Apple. We are actively executing high-impact campaigns and marketing strategies to solidify our position as a leading K-beauty brand.
Recently, we appointed global top model Irina Shayk as our brand ambassador, further strengthening our brand’s image as a luxury beauty brand in Russia and significantly increasing brand awareness.
👨👩👧👦 How Our Team Works
The Russia team manages the entire process from A to Z, including merchandising, sales, marketing, and export operations. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, MD, and marketing, allowing you to work alongside d'Alba’s headquarters and multiple partners in Russia. You will be exposed to high-level projects and opportunities to develop your expertise in the global beauty industry.
