Common Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Korea with no restrictions on traveling.
• Must meet the qualifications for either an E3 visa (for R&D fields) or an E7 visa (for Management fields).
• Must be available to start in July/August 2024.

1. R&D (Research and Development)

Duties

• Develop and supply high-quality biosimilar medicines more quickly.
  • Development: Involves process development for cell line/cell culture/purification, formulation and packaging development, product quality evaluation analysis, and technology transfer for commercial manufacturing.
  • Clinical/Medical Affairs/Regulatory Affairs: Manages global clinical trial operations, prepares regulatory documents, responds to agency requests, and handles drug safety information through medical thesis and academic monitoring.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures product quality throughout the pharmaceutical lifecycle, from development to manufacturing, quality evaluation, shipment, and patient use.
  • Manufacturing: Prepares for the commercial manufacturing of developed drugs, manages contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and oversees tasks related to product quality and yield.

Qualifications

• Required Majors: Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and related fields.

2. Sales/Marketing

Duties

• Conduct market research for the launch of biosimilar products, manage launch timelines and sales, and develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Sales/Marketing: Involves establishing marketing plans including sales forecasting and pricing by country/product, and executing sales plans through partner cooperation and progress monitoring.

3. Management

Duties

• Provide management support to achieve company performance goals in HR, finance, and other departments.
  • Finance: Handles management accounting tasks like profit and loss prediction, financial/tax accounting through disclosure and reporting of financial statements, and finance operations like loan and free cash flow (FCF) management.
  • HR: Oversees recruitment, human resources management, performance evaluation and compensation, employee education planning, and the establishment of a positive organizational culture.
