[Global Internship] Southeast Asia Target Marketing Intern 🌟

• Influencer marketing on Instagram and TikTok
• SNS channel management and content planning
• Market research and other marketing-related tasks

Who We Are Looking For:

• Students on a leave of absence or graduates from a 4-year university (current students may also apply)
• Those who can join the company within 2 weeks after the final acceptance
• Individuals with native-level proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interest in global beauty and lifestyle trends
• Passion for cosmetic products
• High understanding of content planning and production
• Experience managing personal SNS accounts and creating content
• Proficiency in image/video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Contract Period and Compensation:

• Contract Duration: 3 months / 6 months / 12 months (extension negotiable after the contract ends)
• Compensation: Monthly 2,750,000 KRW (meal and welfare allowances provided separately)
• (*) After completing the internship, you may receive priority consideration in the application process for a full-time position.

Recruitment Process:

1. Entry-Level Interns:
   Document Screening > Phone Interview > In-Person Interview > Final Acceptance
   • Non-Korean applicants will have a phone interview to assess Korean proficiency.
   • Recruitment steps may vary depending on circumstances.
   • Language proficiency questions may be included during interviews for global positions.

Required Resume Information:

• Half-length photo / Date of birth / Academic background (including high school details) / Transfer status / Language test scores (expiration dates irrelevant)

Personal Statement Questions:

1. Introduce yourself and explain your motivation for applying to Vinow.
   • Guide: Share your values and personality traits. Detail the factors you consider important when choosing a company and elaborate on your motivation for applying.
2. Describe your strengths related to the applied role and the experiences you have gained to excel in this position.
   • Guide: Share experiences or preparations (academic or extracurricular) that demonstrate your suitability for the role.
3. Share the most challenging effort you've made, either leading to success or failure, and what you learned from the process.
   • Guide: Clearly outline your goal, the efforts you made, and the lessons learned.
4. Share your personal opinions and insights on recent domestic or global beauty trends. (500–700 words)
   • Guide: Describe a recent beauty trend and provide your unique perspective on it.

Additional Information:

• Document screening results will be individually emailed within two weeks, regardless of outcome.
• In case of delays exceeding two weeks, you will be notified separately due to internal circumstances.
