[Global Intern] English-Speaking Target Marketing Intern 🌟

• Influencer marketing on Instagram and TikTok
• SNS channel management and content planning
• Market research and other related marketing tasks

Who We Are Looking For:

• Students on a leave of absence or graduates from a 4-year university (current students may also apply)
• Individuals who can start within 2 weeks after final acceptance
• Applicants with native-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in global beauty and lifestyle trends
• Passion for cosmetic products
• Strong understanding of content planning and production
• Experience managing personal SNS accounts and creating content
• Proficiency in image/video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Contract Period and Compensation:

• Contract Duration: 3 months / 6 months / 12 months (extension negotiable upon contract completion)
• Compensation: 2,750,000 KRW per month (meal and welfare allowances provided separately)
  • (*) Priority consideration in the full-time recruitment process may be given upon internship completion.
  • (*) Exceptional performance may lead to a proposal for a conversion internship position for full-time employment.

Recruitment Process:

1. Entry-Level Interns:
   Document Screening > Phone Interview > In-Person Interview > Final Acceptance
   • Non-Korean applicants will have a phone interview to assess Korean proficiency.
   • Recruitment steps may vary depending on circumstances.
   • Language proficiency may be assessed during interviews for global positions.

Personal Statement Questions:

1. Introduce yourself and explain your motivation for applying to Vinow.
   • Guide: Share your values and personality traits, and describe what you prioritize when choosing a company. Elaborate on your motivation for applying.
2. Describe your strengths related to the applied role and the experiences you have gained to excel in this position.
   • Guide: Share experiences or preparations (academic or extracurricular) that demonstrate your suitability for the role.
3. Share the most challenging effort you've made, whether successful or unsuccessful, and what you learned from the process.
   • Guide: Clearly outline your goal, the efforts you made, and the lessons learned.
4. Share your personal opinions and insights on recent domestic or global beauty trends. (500–700 words)
   • Guide: Describe a recent beauty trend and provide your unique perspective on it.

Additional Information:

• Global intern applicants who are not selected will automatically be added to the talent pool without a rejection notice.
