■ Employment Type

• Entry-Level (Internship leading to permanent position)
  • For entry-level applicants, you will first join as an intern (2 months), and based on your evaluation, you may be converted to a full-time position.
• Experienced (3-5 years)
  • For experienced applicants, there will be a 3-month probationary period (100% salary paid during probation).

■ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a domestic or international 4-year university
• Able to start within 2 weeks after final acceptance
• Fluent English skills (native-level proficiency)
  ※ Prospective graduates are also eligible to apply, but must be available for full-time work.

■ Job Responsibilities

• Instagram and TikTok influencer marketing
• Managing SNS channels and planning content
• Planning and managing offline events
• Planning and translating global product detail pages

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in planning beauty advertising content
• Strong understanding of digital advertising content
• Passion for the brand and creative ideas

■ Compensation

• Entry-Level (Internship leading to permanent position)
  Salary: 2.5 million KRW per month (meal allowance and welfare benefits provided separately)
  ※ Starting salary for new full-time employees upon conversion (2025 standard): 57 million KRW annually
• Experienced
  Salary: Negotiable

■ Additional Information

• Results of the document screening process will be notified individually within 2 weeks, regardless of acceptance status
  If the review period takes longer than 2 weeks due to internal circumstances, a delay notification will be provided separately.
• Foreign applicants must state their visa status, and depending on the visa and other factors, may be hired as contract employees first (salary negotiable).
