Join our unique team as we support international patients from the moment they consider overseas treatment until they return home.
As an Expansion Market Intern, you will work directly with the COO across multiple functional areas, including Customer Success, Business Development, Operations, and Marketing. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and co-founder based in Korea to research and develop strategic partnerships with new medical service providers.
Our primary focus is to address a key concern for international patients: "Which hospital suits me best?"
Many international patients spend significant time navigating options and gathering information. We strive to improve our hospital recommendation and consultation services using generative AI, creating a multifaceted approach tailored to customers’ medical needs and intent.
Additionally, we are committed to simplifying the scheduling process for customers, focusing on medical appointments, consultations, and travel logistics. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, allowing patients to concentrate on their medical journey while we handle the details.
