Global Junior Talent Internship

Essential Information

• Employment Type: Contract
• Hiring Type: Internship (6-month internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position)
• Work Location: Bundang (Pangyo)

Eligibility

• Foreign nationals who are either graduates of a four-year accredited university or are expected to graduate by February 2025 (must be able to work full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
• Holders of a TOPIK Level 5 or higher certification
• Foreign nationals residing in Korea with the aim of employment (excluding overseas Koreans with F-4 visas)
• Must be eligible to obtain a work visa for employment in Korea

Job Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner tasks for overseas subsidiaries (including recruitment and other HR management duties)
• Operate global HR systems and manage labor relations for overseas employees
• Conduct research on overseas labor laws and HR trends
• Support new overseas business ventures

Required Competencies

• Proficient in English communication

Preferred Competencies

• European nationality (including EU and UK nationals)
• Proficiency in European languages such as German
• Experience in global business development or HR projects
