At Memebox, you will experience the full spectrum of the end-to-end SCM process, from demand forecasting to procurement and supply strategy planning.
You will collaborate across all departments — including sales, marketing, logistics, and production — to contribute to company-wide strategy development through demand-driven decision-making.
By responding to market changes, inventory risks, and supply chain issues, you will enhance your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Through operating demand forecasts for various countries and distribution channels in North America and Asia, you will grow into a global SCM expert.

Your Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting

• Plan purchase quantities through demand forecast (FCST) analysis
• Manage demand forecasting and supply through the S&OP process
• Reflect demand fluctuation events such as product launches, discontinuations, and promotions, and conduct scenario planning

Supply and Procurement

• Establish company-wide inventory allocation plans and manage inventory reallocation
• Make decisions and coordinate export quantities and arrival schedules by country
• Support procurement based on sales plans

Inventory Management

• Classify and monitor Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory
• Regularly report and monitor Forecast Attainment by channel

Data Analysis, Management, and Process Improvement

• Regular reporting and insight generation using SCM data
• Improve work efficiency through enhancements in demand forecasting processes and automation of reporting

We Are Looking for Candidates Who

• Have experience in SCM, sales, purchasing, logistics, or other relevant fields across B2C/B2B distribution channels
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills with departments such as sales, logistics, and production
• Are capable of analyzing data and deriving insights from an SCM perspective
• Have a passion for growing into an SCM professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, supply management, or demand forecasting
• Ability to communicate in English
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other office applications
• Experience with ERP systems such as Douzone or SAP
• Experience in the cosmetics brand or FMCG industries
