This exciting graduate development opportunity is part of Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique Business Area, which has around 14,000 employees and generates annual revenues of more than 3.6 billion Euros.

Here, you will provide financial evaluation and guidance on both new and existing business metrics, helping the company understand financial performance while questioning current and future performance.

About the Programme

Over three and a half years, our Finance Future Leaders Programme will equip you with the skills to bridge the gap between non-financial stakeholders and finance, enhancing the understanding of critical financial drivers.

You will develop and apply key analytical tools and techniques to support informed business decisions. Additionally, you will gain the confidence and awareness to communicate with various stakeholders and understand the critical role of finance and controlling functions in a large matrix organisation.

Programme Structure

Throughout the programme, you will complete four main placements:

1.First Placement (Home Location – Bundang, Korea)

1. Begin in a sub-ledger role within the Finance Shared Service Centre.

2.Second Placement

1. Progress to working in a financial reporting team.

3. Third & Fourth Placements (Global Assignments)

1. Take on finance analyst roles in one of our Customer Centres, Product Companies (Manufacturing Sites), or Head Office Locations.
2. Gain hands-on experience with business operations, opportunities, and strategic hurdles.
3. These assignments may take place anywhere in the world, so global mobility is essential.

Additional Learning & Development

During the programme, you will also gain exposure to various business functions and teams, which will help you develop your strategic and commercial knowledge.

As a graduate participant, you will:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our business mission and operations.
• Gain a strong foundation in commercial and statutory finance.
• Receive support towards achieving a professional accreditation in Finance.
• Be expected to dedicate some personal time to academic studies and professional development.

Location & International Assignments

This is a global programme, and you will spend the first 18 months based in Bundang, Korea.

For the next two 12-month placements, your location will be determined based on your:

• Strengths
• Career aspirations
• Business opportunities

These placements can take place anywhere in Asia Pacific, Europe, or the Americas.

If you are assigned to a location outside Korea, we provide fully funded accommodation, along with financial and logistical support.

At the end of the 3.5-year programme, you will have opportunities for permanent roles within:

• Customer Centres
• Product Companies
• Similar operational entities

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this programme, you should:

✅ Education & Language Skills

• Have recently graduated or be working towards a suitable degree with proven academic success.
• Be fluent in Korean and English (minimum CEFR C1 level or equivalent in both languages).
• Possess professional communication skills (both written and verbal).

✅ Key Skills & Competencies

• Have a strong desire to work in a global finance function within a complex matrix organisation.
• Exhibit strong customer focus.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel formulas and dataset analysis.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Use a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Maintain clear and focused thinking, even in challenging situations.
• Have the ability to build strong relationships, earning trust and confidence.
• Be highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.

As this is a global programme with international assignments, you must:

• Hold a valid passport.
• Have no unresolved criminal records.
