Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage content targeted at the North American market as a TikTok Marketer
- Produce in-house content (filming and editing) aligned with global marketing campaigns and post it on brand accounts
- Research trends in North American content on TikTok
- Manage and analyze the overall TikTok brand channel and drive customer engagement

Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 3+ years of experience with a strong understanding of American culture
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, open to all majors
- Fluent in English and Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience in managing personal social media accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest and understanding of the K-beauty industry and TikTok channel dynamics
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Keen interest in North American culture and sensitivity to trends
- Graduates from North American universities or those with experience living in North America
