If you join us, you will perform the following tasks:
- Develop global marketing communication strategies for the LANEIGE brand in the North American and European markets.
- Plan and execute global IMC campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies for global digital marketing.
- Collaborate with overseas agencies to plan, produce, and utilize global content.
- Establish media mix strategies and manage budgets.
- Understand the content/media trends in target countries and develop communication strategies based on these insights.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (no specific major required).
- Experience: Over 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Ability to directly communicate with overseas locals (English).
- Experience in developing and executing global (North American/European) IMC strategies.
- High understanding and strategic use of the global (North American/European) digital media market.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies on digital platforms (META, Google, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Deep understanding of global (North American/European) customers.
Preferred qualifications/experiences:
- Experience entering new markets.
- Experience in global FMCG (including beauty) marketing communications.
- Experience using global influencers for marketing.
- Experience living in or graduating from a university in North America/Europe.
- Experience working at a foreign branch of a Korean company or as an expatriate.
- For foreigners: Preference given to those with experience at a Korean company or graduates of a Korean university.

Guidelines for returning recruitment documents:
