Job Details
- Recruitment: Attracting top talent and selecting timely candidates to contribute to organizational goals.
- Global HR: Effectively managing overseas personnel based on company-wide HR management standards.
- Compensation and Evaluation: Providing motivation through fair evaluations and managing compensation.
- Attendance Management: Establishing efficient attendance management to maintain workplace order and manage HR data.
- Labor Relations: Building cooperative labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Posting job announcements and discovering recruitment channels
- Searching for candidates and managing the talent pool
- Supporting the overall recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (students on leave are eligible), no specific major required, foreign applicants fluent in Korean are welcome
- Available to start on October 14 (contract period: until mid-December)
- Preferred:
- Experience in HR-related activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
