Job Summary

Responsible for developing strategies and execution plans for the production of singles and full albums for our artists in the Japanese and global music markets. Identify and manage producers, composers/lyricists, external artists, and band performers that best fit the artist's musical concept by understanding trends in the Japanese and global music markets. Experience working with various professionals to create music that provides comfort and inspiration to the public.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Planning and producing records and music.
• Procuring songs domestically and internationally.
• Managing music production and onsite operations for concerts.
• Managing domestic and international producers and composers/lyricists.
• Collecting and selecting new songs that match the artist's concept and planning albums.

[Work Environment]

• Work intensity varies according to the artist's activities and performance schedule.
• 20% of work involves out-of-office tasks, and 30% involves domestic/international travel.

[Required Qualifications]

• No specific educational background required.
• Experience in A&R-related work (new graduates welcome).
• Proficient in business English communication (verbal & written).
• Passionate about work and music.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in A&R work with overseas labels.
• Major in relevant fields from overseas universities.
