Job Summary

Discover and recruit new domestic and international composers, participate in demo song production, including writing sessions, and manage the musical activities of producers/composers. Engage in various music publishing-related tasks, allowing you to grow as a publishing A&R.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Discover and recruit authors (producers, composers).
• Conduct Next New Creator (NNC) producer auditions.
• Manage and produce demo songs (topline orders, song camps/writing sessions, etc.).
• Pitch demo songs internally and externally.
• Manage producers (production contracts, invoice issuance, etc.).

• Work intensity varies according to production schedules.

[Required Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Any major.
• No experience required.
• Passionate about work and music.
• High interest in the publishing field and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to communicate smoothly with domestic/international composers/producers/publishers.
• Quick understanding of the music industry and copyright.
• Global competence and proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
• Clear communication skills with various related department members.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in publishing/A&R.
• Majored in Music Business at an overseas university.
• Basic knowledge of copyright/publishing.
• Internship experience at a major international label/publishing company.
• Experience hosting song camps.
• Interest in recruiting and discovering producers/composers/lyricists and possessing a diverse network in music.
• Flexible thinking and excellent communication skills.

• Proficient English communication skills to collaborate professionally with international writers (verbal, written).
• Teamwork and communication skills to work professionally with various stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.
• Curiosity and interest in various genres and different types of music.
• Ability to continuously update knowledge of the latest music industry trends to predict future trends.
• Continuous interest and knowledge acquisition regarding promising domestic/international producers, composers, and lyricists.
