Job Description
- Conduct market research on the Japanese content industry
- Analyze and summarize materials written in Japanese
Qualifications
- Current student or graduate of a university in Japan, or someone with equivalent Japanese language proficiency
- Native Korean speaker or someone with excellent Korean communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in various types of content such as dramas, anime, movies, webtoons, and manga
- Over 3 years of residency experience in Japan
- Active user and follower of various Japanese social media platforms

Selection Process
- Document Screening → Interview Process → Job Offer
- The interview process consists of two stages, with detailed guidance provided based on the position
- The recruitment process typically takes 4-6 weeks
Probationary Period
- All new hires are subject to a one-month probationary period. Depending on the results of the probationary evaluation, the probationary period may be extended or the employment offer may be rescinded.
Recruitment Document Return Policy
- In accordance with Article 11 of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, applicants who are not selected for final employment may request the return of their submitted documents.
- To request the return of documents, applicants must complete the Document Return Request Form and submit it via email to the hiring manager. The documents will be sent to the designated address by registered mail within 14 days of confirmation (the applicant may be responsible for the cost).
