Global Ops팀은 제페토의 글로벌 서비스 운영을 총괄합니다. 각 국가별 특성과 트렌드가 서비스에 반영되어 성공적인 운영 업무가 진행될 수 있도록 전략을 도출하고 실행하며, 해외 지사와의 원활한 업무 커뮤니케이션을 돕습니다.

The Global Ops team oversees ZEPETO's global service operations. We draw and execute strategies so that the characteristics and trends of each country can be reflected in the service. We also help communications with overseas branches with support from HQ.

- 영어 커뮤니케이션, 영문 메일 작성 등 전체적인 영어 업무를 진행하는데 무리가 없으신 분

- 외국어 특기가 있거나 해외 거주 경험이 있으신 분

Team IntroductionThe Global Ops team oversees ZEPETO's global service operations. We draw and execute strategies to ensure that the characteristics and trends of each country are reflected in the service. We also assist in smooth communication with overseas branches, supported by the HQ.

Job Overview

Support the operation of ZEPETO services
Assist in monitoring trends in social media content
Assist in managing and operating ZEPETO content
Support service-related cost settlements and service contract management

Required Skills

Available to work full-time for the contract period (approximately 3 months) [Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM]
Able to participate in all stages of the selection process [Expected start date: August 27, 2024]
High understanding of ZEPETO and other digital services
Strong interest in the content ecosystem
Basic computer skills for data organization and research tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Quick to identify trends and enjoy a variety of content genres
Proficient in English communication, including writing emails in English, with no issues in handling overall English tasks
Foreign language skills or overseas experience is a plus
