LINE Pay(Taiwan) UX Designer

Introduction
The Pay UX Team is responsible for developing the LINE Pay (Taiwan) mobile application, a leading fintech simple payment service.
We continue to challenge ourselves to provide users with innovative experiences and are looking for collaborators to lead projects in the rapidly evolving payment and financial services industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and improve the UX for LINE Pay (Taiwan) services
- Establish UX guidelines for LINE Pay (Taiwan) services
- Conduct user interviews and UX research for Taiwan users
- Define and improve the interaction of LINE Pay (Taiwan) services within LINE Messenger from the user’s perspective
- Design wireframes and UX flows that balance usability and business requirements, and create guidelines
- Create prototypes, conduct user research, verify usability, and derive insights
- Support logical and reasonable decision-making in the design process
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Mobile UX Design/Product Design
- Ability to analyze user data and use it as a basis for design decisions
- Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate insights and solutions
- No restrictions on overseas travel or work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accessible design principles
- In-depth understanding of the interaction between users and interfaces
- Ability to define problems and propose solutions using Design Thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe CC
- Ability to work in a foreign language (English or Chinese, at least one)

Work Policy

Teams can autonomously set their work format based on project cycles and global collaboration requirements.
Options range from partial remote work to fully remote work, including the possibility of working remotely from overseas while managing responsibilities and deliverables.

Note: The offline collaboration office is located at the Grates Building, Pangyo Station. - Work Hours:
Employees can freely allocate their work hours within the standard working hours set monthly based on working days.
Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the standard schedule.
