Job Introduction
Along with top talent, Miridih has grown rapidly, achieving sales of 19.3 billion won in 2021, 33.1 billion won in 2022, and 60.7 billion won in 2023, with an operating profit of 7.7 billion won.

The Miridih Global Business Development Team was established to pioneer new markets, building on the overwhelming success of the design solution market in Korea.

To ensure a successful overseas expansion, we are seeking someone with a first-hand understanding of the local market. Based on a deep understanding of the local market and its dynamics, you will develop strategies tailored to your country and identify the right customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify target customers through landscape research and customer interviews in local markets.
  • Develop a market entry strategy based on an understanding of miricanvas (product).
  • Discover potential partners and identify local growth opportunities through cold contacts and meeting arrangements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local customers while identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work for a duration of six months. (Full-time conversion is possible based on evaluation at the end of the contract.)
  • Must be a national citizen of South America (Spanish-speaking countries).
  • At least two years of experience in a company in the country after graduating from the top university in the country.
  • Native-level English proficiency or equivalent (verbal and written).
  • Experience in overseas expansion strategies, business development, market research, and analysis.
  • Strong customer relationship-building, negotiation, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in quantitative/logical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Preferential Treatment

  • Proficiency in Korean.
  • Experience as an Account Manager for a B2B service company or related experience in the country.
