[NAVER Z] Stickerly Indonesia Content Operations/Marketing Experiential Internship

Department Introduction

• Stickerly is the world's leading chat sticker platform, used by 440 million people globally.
• Anyone can create and distribute chat stickers and emojis, and freely use them on WhatsApp and iMessage.
• Since the service launched in 2019, more than 3 billion stickers have been created, with various brands like Coca-Cola and Netflix, as well as global digital artists, creating and distributing sticker packs through Stickerly.

Job Overview

• Support content operation and management within the Stickerly platform, targeting users in Indonesia.
• Improve content operations through communication with local creators, trend research, and data analysis.
• Assist in operating Stickerly’s social channels and planning and creating viral content.
• Support product localization and product marketing.
• Handle customer support and user communication.

Required Skills

• Must be available for full-time work (Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM) during the contract period (approximately 3 months).
• Must be available to participate in the selection process stages (Expected start date: September 9, 2024).
• Must be fluent in Indonesian (language proficiency must be included in the application).
• Ability to plan and operate content based on an understanding of local trends.
• Familiarity with communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lived in Indonesia for more than 3 years or can communicate freely with native speakers.
• Experience in operating social media channels or planning and creating content.
• Experience using Stickerly or similar services.
• Experience in self-directed work and process improvement.
• Experience in analyzing data and handling tasks meticulously.
