- Research and Analysis of Remittance Business
- Monitoring and analyzing remittance business and foreign residents in Korea
- Customer Support
- Providing support and assistance both online and offline
- New Customer Acquisition
- Attracting and securing new customers
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Not required
- Nothing Academic Background
- Visa Requirements:
- Holders of visas such as D2 (Part-time), D10 (Intern), E7, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, or others eligible to work in Korea
- Must indicate visa type on the resume
- Nationality:
- Preference for candidates from Cambodia
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cambodian language and other languages is preferred
- Korean/English proficiency is not mandatory (but can be an advantage)
- Experience in the same or similar industries is preferred
- Sales or Customer Support experience is advantageous
- Availability to work on weekends
- Rotation shifts and alternative holidays supported
- Willingness to engage in external activities
- Includes business trips and organizing promotional events
