Minimum Requirements: 4-year university degree or higher, GPA of 3.5 or above (on a 4.5 scale) / Only graduates and those expected to graduate are eligible to apply (current students are not eligible).
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Japanese preferred.
Foreign Applicants: Eligible to apply (work visa sponsorship available).
Salary
- PSK Holdings / PSK Starting Annual Salary: 50,000,000 KRW for 4-year university graduates, 53,000,000 KRW for Master’s degree holders; Experienced positions are negotiable.
- Probation Period: 6 months (80% salary for the first 3 months).

- Quality Management
- Position Level: Entry/Experienced
- Main Responsibilities: Quality prevention activities in PSK manufacturing processes and quality control through Gate & Inspection; Supplier evaluation and process management; ISO and Process management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; experience in semiconductor equipment and manufacturing quality control (2+ years preferred).

- System Management
- Position Level: Entry/Experienced
- Main Responsibilities: Operating and integrating ERP, PLM, and Web Portal systems; process improvement and stabilization; service management for system stability.
