Minimum Requirements: 4-year university degree or higher, GPA of 3.5 or above (on a 4.5 scale) / Only graduates and those expected to graduate are eligible to apply (current students are not eligible).

Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Japanese preferred.

Foreign Applicants: Eligible to apply (work visa sponsorship available).

Salary

• PSK Holdings / PSK Starting Annual Salary: 50,000,000 KRW for 4-year university graduates, 53,000,000 KRW for Master’s degree holders; Experienced positions are negotiable.
• Probation Period: 6 months (80% salary for the first 3 months).

Job Positions and Responsibilities

Quality Control

• Entry-Level/Experienced
  • Quality control tasks through Gate & Inspection and prevention activities between PSK production processes.
  • New supplier evaluations and managing contract supplier evaluations / process (4M management) and quality assurance checks.
  • Managing ISO and Process across PSK.
  • Systems: SAP ERP / Winchill PLM
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
  2. Major: Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics-related engineering majors
  3. Experience: Entry-level / 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and product quality control, including process prevention activities.
  4. Proficiency in English or other languages and intermediate-level proficiency is preferred.
  5. Experience in quality control and management is preferred.

System Management

• Entry-Level/Experienced
  • Managing ERP, PLM, specification management, Web Portal, and coordinating systems to ensure seamless system operation and to improve the process with the system management team.
  • Systems/Tool: SAP ERP / Windchill PLM
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
  2. Major: Industrial Design / Industrial Engineering / Statistics
  3. Experience: Entry-level / 5 years or less
  4. Experience with system implementation and business solutions improvement/operation management is preferred.

Patent Management

• Entry-Level/Experienced
  • Managing company’s patents and intellectual property.
  • Managing PSK Group patent applications and registrations.
  • Reviewing patent laws and handling other patent-related tasks.
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
  2. Major: Engineering (or law-related majors)
  3. Experience: Entry-level / 5 years or less
  4. Knowledge of semiconductor process or equipment is preferred.

Technical Sales / Marketing

• Entry-Level/Experienced
  • Revenue sales by analyzing semiconductor customer trends and market trends to define future business directions.
  • Market analysis, competitor analysis, and product marketing activities based on technical roadmaps.

• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
  2. Major: Electrical/Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Semiconductor-related fields
  3. Experience: Entry-level / 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and process-related technical marketing and sales.
  4. Expertise in semiconductor processes and equipment is preferred.

Technical Sales / Marketing (Experienced)

• Intern (3 months)
  • Market research, competitor analysis, and sales opportunity identification for customer projects.
  • Strategic sales management for new customer acquisition and procurement of products.
  • Systems/Tool: SAP, PLM, SBMS, PEMS

Strategic Planning & Procurement

• Experienced
  • Managing procurement, vendor negotiations, and product development processes across the company.
  • Managing the supply chain and procurement processes, product development, and strategic platform building.
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's or higher
  2. Major: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Trade
  3. Experience: 2+ years in relevant fields
  4. Experience with semiconductor process and equipment is preferred.

Manufacturing Engineering (MFG)

• Entry-Level
  • Managing the production process, ensuring quality and consistency in products, and guiding production teams.
  • Systems/Tool: SAP, SBMS, SMP, PLM, MyPSK
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
  2. Major: Industrial Engineering / Construction / Mechanical Engineering
  3. Experience: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality control
  4. Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control is preferred.

General Affairs

• Entry-Level/Experienced
  • Supporting office management and ensuring a productive work environment for employees.
  • Coordinating general office operations and handling internal communication.

Process Development

• Entry-Level
  • Managing PSK Group’s equipment, process conditions, and developing Process Kits according to customer requirements.
  • Developing solutions to improve processes and managing system designs.

RF COMPONENT Development

• Experienced
  • RF component development including RF generators, filters, and function matching.
  • Developing RF configuration, analyzing designs, and improving component functionalities.
  • EMI/EMC engineering for noise reduction and shielding.
  • Systems/Tool: PRO-E, CREO, PLM PDM, SAP, AutoCAD
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. Major: Electrical/Electronics Engineering / Radio Frequency Engineering
  3. Experience: Experience in RF/IC design and testing is required.

Mechanical Design (Laser)

• Experienced
  • Managing H/W design, part selection, and system design for PSK Group.
  • Developing design systems, managing BOM, and improving production lines.
  • Systems/Tool: PRO-E, CREO, PLM PDM, SAP, Auto CAD
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
  2. Major: Mechanical Design or Mechanical Engineering
  3. Experience: 3+ years in laser system and equipment design
  4. Relevant experience in laser systems design is preferred.

Software Development (Laser)

• Experienced
  • Developing software for semiconductor equipment using Windows programming.
  • Adhering to SEMI Standards and developing utility functions for user ease and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C# and understanding algorithms.
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. Major: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  3. Experience: 3+ years in software development for laser systems
  4. Knowledge of motion, laser, and optical system software development is required.

IT Infra Management

• Experienced
  • Managing IT infrastructure, networks, and providing user support.
  • Qualifications: Network-related certifications, database management, and IT system operations.
  • Systems/Tool: IT-related software and network systems management tools.
• Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
  2. Major: Computer Science, IT Management, or related fields
  3. Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure and network management
  4. Experience with cloud-based systems, IDC/SM management is preferred.
