◆ Recruitment Details
- Process Technology Engineer (or R&D Engineer)
- Prepare technical documents (specifications, guidelines) required for production
- Analyze and solve technical issues in semiconductor packaging processes
- Improve productivity (yield, quality, cycle time)
- Research and develop new products and process innovations
- Enhance product performance and develop next-generation semiconductor packages for mass production
- Quality Engineer
- Identify and address issues at each stage of production
- Respond to customer requirements and feedback
- Manage quality data and handle client audits
- Review product specifications and maintain standard documents
- Field Manager
- Manage semiconductor manufacturing/production sites
- Oversee manpower (shift assignment, attendance, safety)
- Maintain manufacturing environment and equipment
- Report on production activities and manage operational processes
- Maintain site operation standards and documentation
- Purchasing Manager
- Manage inventory of semiconductor raw and subsidiary materials
- Discover and maintain supplier relationships
- Conduct price negotiations and contract management
- Support risk management and client response through material quality control
- Oversee supplier communication and delivery management
- Production Operation Manager
- Plan and manage production schedules according to targets
- Monitor production processes and analyze field data
- Support management of production resources (materials, manpower)
- Adjust production volume by process capacity and manage customer deliveries
◆ Qualifications
- Vietnamese nationality
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation by August 2025) from a 4-year university in Korea (Master’s/Ph.D. also eligible)
- Majors in Semiconductor Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, Economics, Trade, Accounting
- Willingness to work at Hana Micron VINA (Bac Giang) after training
- TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or strong Korean conversation skills
- No disqualifications for applying for work visas (D-10, E-7)
◆ Post-Employment Process
- Minimum of 2 years on-the-job training at Hana Micron Headquarters (Asan, Korea)
- After completion of the training, transfer to HANA Micron VINA (Bac Giang) for employment
- Selected candidates will be intensively developed as key talents at HANA Micron VINA
◆ Compensation and Benefits
Training Period at Hana Micron Headquarters (Asan, Korea)
- 2 years of training including 6-month internship + 18-month advanced training
- Salary: KRW 2.45 million/month (based on bachelor's degree)
- Dormitory provided in Cheonan city
- Shuttle bus service for commuting and meals provided
At HANA Micron VINA (Bac Giang)
- Salary differentiated based on job capability and language proficiency (TOPIK Level 6 holders may earn approx. 30 million VND/month)
- Additional allowances based on role, tenure, and performance evaluations
- 13th-month bonus and holiday bonuses provided
- Shuttle bus service (Hanoi, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh) and meals provided
- Business trips and additional technical training opportunities at headquarters
※ Compensation is based on the 2025 standard and may vary after transfer to Bac Giang.
