Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Perform various project management tasks, including preparing and managing initial job instructions and project execution plans.
- Identify potential risks during project execution and develop solutions.
- Monitor E/P/C (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) progress and coordinate between different work categories and departments.
- Manage client relations, including document submissions, regular meetings, and issue resolution.
- Interface and coordinate with vendors and licensors.
- Manage permits and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Cost Planning and Management:
- Establish project management plans and execute project budgets.
- Prepare manpower plans and manage project staffing.
- Develop and manage cost-related procedures with clients.
- Analyze and manage project costs, including invoicing, bank guarantees, change orders, and contract management.
- Forecast project profitability and manage annual performance.
- Manage cost-related risks and collect and database project documentation.
- Coordinate cost-related tasks between the site, local offices, and support departments.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Scheduling:
- Develop and manage project schedules using P6 and AWP (Advanced Work Packaging).
- Create and manage detailed schedules from the design phase to commissioning and turnover.
- Establish a Progress Measurement System (PMS) and manage progress.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) and lead internal and external schedule meetings.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare related reports, including support for delay claims with clients and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Procurement:
- Perform comprehensive procurement tasks for plant equipment.
- Develop and execute project equipment procurement plans, including domestic and international materials.
- Prepare and update vendor lists for new projects.
- Prepare contract documents, review commercial terms, and create purchase orders.
- Develop procurement strategies to meet project schedule targets and manage equipment purchasing and logistics.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Construction Estimation:
- Prepare construction estimates for subcontractors.
- Use SIM and CMS systems to estimate construction costs.
- Perform Commercial and Technical Bid Evaluation (CBE/TBE) and clarify technical documents.
- Manage subcontractor relationships.
