Recruitment Details

Positions Available:

• Sales: International transaction management, business strategy, and various other sales-related tasks.
• Sales Support: Budget and asset management, system management, data analysis, and support for various sales-related duties.
• Marketing: Product planning and launch, market research, and execution of marketing strategies.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Quality management, support activities, testing, and data analysis.
• Supply Chain Management (SCM): Supply and inventory management, process improvement.
• Research & Development (R&D): New product development and review of existing products.
• Human Resources/General Affairs (HR/GA): HR management, welfare management, and more.
• Finance/Accounting: Financial planning, budget management, and tax reporting.
• Business Management: Business planning, strategy development, and project management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Korean Language Proficiency: Must have TOPIK Level 4 or higher.
• Foreign Language Proficiency: Fluent in at least one foreign language relevant to the overseas branches (Chinese, English, Japanese, Indonesian, Dutch, etc.).
• Internship Availability: Must be available for a full-time internship from December 2024 to May 2025.
• Education: Must have a bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent qualifications.

Recruitment Process

1. Document Screening: August 12, 2024 - September 30, 2024
2. First Interview
3. Second Interview
4. 1st Internship: December 2024 (11 weeks)
5. 2nd Internship: March 2025 (15 weeks)
6. Final Selection: May 2025
