• Eligibility: Foreign nationals with no disqualifications for obtaining a visa or working in Korea, holding TOPIK level 3 or higher, and those expected to graduate with a master’s or doctoral degree in Science and Engineering by February 2025, as well as current graduates.※ Those without a TOPIK score can submit the result by January 2025.

Common Eligibility Requirements

• Foreign nationals who are eligible to obtain a visa and have no disqualifications for employment in Korea.
• Holders of TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 3 or above.
  • Scores obtained between September 3, 2022, and September 3, 2024, are accepted.
  • However, those who do not have a language score can submit the score by January 2025.

Preferred Qualifications

• Applicants with at least 2 years of relevant experience after obtaining a bachelor's degree.
  • For those with (or expected to obtain) a master's or doctoral degree, the study period is recognized as work experience.

[Materials Development - Job Information]

Key Responsibilities:

• Development, synthesis, and analysis/evaluation of various organic/inorganic materials, simulation of properties, etc.
  • Ceramic materials (dielectrics, base powder composition)
  • Metal materials (nano metal powder synthesis methods, electrode materials)
  • Composite materials (additives, electrode material paste, other polymer materials)

• Preference for those with a doctoral degree in materials/metallurgy, chemistry/chemical engineering, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of process technologies and analysis/measurement for process optimization and yield stabilization.
  • Semiconductor-related processing, thin film/layering, exposure/development, surface treatment/plating, packaging processes
  • Slurry dispersion, printing methods, layering/cutting technologies, heat treatment processes, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of materials and processes suitable for product functions and performance.
  • Lens optical design, actuator design/control
  • Circuit design, analysis/verification of electronic devices, electrical characteristics measurement/analysis research
  • Semiconductor-related PKG design/process

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering of production equipment for productivity improvement, including design and process automation, performance enhancement, etc.
  • Mechanical design (CAD design, structural/vibration design)
  • Control/instrumentation (circuit, PLC control, software)
  • Optical equipment, thin film/deposition, molding/printing, plating/heat treatment, other wet/dry equipment related to semiconductor equipment technology
