Department Introduction

• Stickily is the world's number one chat sticker platform, used by 440 million people globally.
• Through Stickily, anyone can create and distribute chat stickers and emojis, which can be freely used on WhatsApp and iMessage.
• Since the service launch in 2019, over 3 billion stickers have been created, and global brands and artists such as Coca-Cola and Netflix have been creating and distributing sticker packs through Stickily.

Job Overview

• Manage social channels and assist in planning and producing viral content targeting Brazilian users of Stickily.
• Support content operation improvement through communication with local creators, trend research, and data analysis.
• Assist in product localization and product marketing.
• Support customer service and user communication.

Required Competencies

• Ability to work full-time for the contract period (approximately 3 months) [Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM].
• Availability to participate in the selection process according to the schedule [expected start date: September 2, 2024].
• Proficiency in Portuguese (language proficiency must be stated in the application).
• Ability to operate and plan content based on an understanding of local trends.
• Familiarity with communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living in Brazil (or a Portuguese-speaking country) for more than 3 years or ability to communicate freely with native speakers.
• Experience managing social media channels or planning and producing content.
• Experience using Stickily or similar services.
• Experience in independently carrying out and improving tasks.
• Experience in analyzing data and meticulously handling tasks.
