SM Classics A&R Recruitment (Entry-level/Experienced)

[Responsibilities]
You'll be responsible for the following tasks:

• Various tasks related to album and music production planning
• Various tasks related to concert planning and operations
• Discovering and managing domestic and international writers
• Planning and managing artist activities

[Requirements]
We are looking for someone who:

• Is either a new graduate or has a total of more than 2 years of experience
• Holds a bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
• Can read sheet music and has an understanding of musical instruments

[Preferred Qualifications]
You will be preferred if you:

• Can submit a portfolio that demonstrates your job-related skills (When creating the portfolio, please specify your role and contribution percentage for each project)
• Have more than 1 year of relevant experience in A&R, artist agency, or concert planning
• Have strong English communication skills for work
• Have strengths in planning and operating classical and jazz-related projects
• Have an interest in various music genres such as classical, jazz, and film music
• Have a deep understanding of the entertainment industry and K-POP

[Hiring Process]
The hiring process includes:

• Document screening > 1st interview > 2nd interview > Pre-employment medical check/contract negotiation > Onboarding
• Detailed schedules will be provided individually.
