We’re looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator & US Social Media Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Social Media Calendar Management

• Plan and manage a content calendar for both existing and newly launched products
• Oversee content scheduling and execution across all platforms
• Organize and maintain content assets systematically

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit original photo/video content for social media posts

Performance Analysis & Review

• Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth
• Evaluate campaign performance to provide insights for future content and strategy improvements
• Create and share regular performance reports

PR & Community Management

• Manage overall brand social channels and actively engage the online community
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image
• Build relationships with key influencers and followers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with related teams such as TikTok Shop and Amazon
• Support integrated campaigns and promotional activities

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Is fluent in both English and Korean
• Has content production skills (video shooting and editing)
• Stays on top of US beauty trends and can identify social media opportunities
• Can manage time efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines
• Possesses strong communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have…

• Prior experience creating US beauty-related content
• Deep understanding and passion for the US beauty industry
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and flexibly in fast-changing environments
