Introducing the Team You'll Be Joining
The Americas Content Team is an organization that translates and localizes Korean webtoons into English and Spanish. We create webtoons that reflect the characteristics of English and Spanish used across the Americas, making them enjoyable for global readers.

Responsibilities You'll Take On

• Manage the translation quality of webtoons translated from Korean to English.
• Oversee the global publishing schedule of translated works.
• Communicate with translation freelancers and outsourcing agencies.

We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have the Following Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• For non-Korean applicants, a TOPIK Level 5 or higher certification
• For Korean applicants, a TOEIC score of 900 or higher

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in content localization (games, videos, webtoons, etc.)
• Experience in project management related to content
• Graduated from a translation/interpretation department
• Graduated from an English/Korean literature-related department

The Process to Join Kidari & Lezhin

• Document Screening → Translation Task → First Interview & Practical Test → Aptitude Test → Second Interview → Compensation Discussion → Final Acceptance
  Translation Task: Webtoon translation (detailed instructions will be provided to selected candidates).
  Practical Test: Proofreading translated texts (detailed instructions will be provided to selected candidates).

• A 3-month probationary period is required for full-time positions.
• There is no difference in salary or benefits during the probationary period.
• This is an ongoing recruitment process and will close automatically when a suitable candidate is found.
