Job Description

1. Create, maintain, and update the data use pipeline
2. Extract and analyze data created by our service and users; build classifiers and regressors to derive insights and forecast market trends
3. Create, manage, visualize, and communicate key metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify trends and patterns
5. Collaborate with other teams to develop a data-driven strategy for expansion into foreign markets
6. Build a real-time cloud-based data analysis environment to support decision-making
7. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve user experience and implement dynamic pricing models

Requirements (Skills)

1. Three-plus years of education or work experience in data analytics; eagerness to learn advanced analytics and apply them to real-world data; strong aptitude for quantitative reasoning and analysis
2. MySQL, PostgreSQL querying skills to extract big data (average database size includes millions of samples and hundreds of features)
3. Google Analytics 4 to provide actionable insights and evaluate marketing campaigns
4. Experience in data import, manipulation, EDA, Statistical Analysis, and Machine Learning via R or Python
5. Neural Network, LLM training data preprocessing, and hyperparameter tuning experience
6. Familiarity with various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Sonnet, Perplexity, Character Chatbot, Stable Diffusion, etc.
7. Desire to learn and apply the newest trends in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and statistical analysis
8. Completion of SQL and data analytics tasks during the interview process
9. Fluency in English (fluency in a second foreign language is preferred)

5. (If applicable) Has Korean fluency equivalent to TOPIK Level 3 or above
