[글로벌 마케터가 되기 위하여]
저의 목표인 글로벌 마케터가 되기 위해 다양한 노력을 기울였습니다. 먼저 글로벌 기업에서 일하며 경험을 쌓았습니다. OO자동차 태국 지사에서 인턴으로 근무하며 한국 기업의 업무 방식과 사고방식을 이해했고, 고객 만족도 조사 등 실제 업무를 진행해보며 마케팅 업무와 고객에 대한 이해를 높였습니다.
두 번째로, 다양한 분야의 지식을 얻기 위해 여러 활동을 했습니다. 한국에서 법률사무소 글로벌 마케팅 팀원으로 일하며 국제 시장의 원리를 배우고, 국제법을 공부했습니다. 또한, 교육조교로 벤처 경영, 스타트업 전략, 인적자원 관리 과목을 담당하며 실제 비즈니스에 유용한 지식을 얻었습니다.
마지막으로 고급 영어와 한국어 과정을 수강하여 언어 능력을 키웠으며, 한국어-태국어-영어 통번역 자원봉사를 통해 실전 경험을 쌓았습니다. 이와 같은 노력들을 통해 글로벌 마케터가 되기 필요한 역량을 갖추게 되었으며 앞으로도 지속적으로 성장하여 목표를 성취할 것입니다.
[문화에서부터 비즈니스 모델까지]
저는 태국-중국가정에서 자라며 다양한 문화를 접했습니다. 이 문화적 다양성은 제 시야를 넓히고 여러 문화를 경험하고자하는 열망을 키웠으며, 이는 오늘날의 저를 형성하는 중요한 요소가 되었습니다. 2010년, 한류 열풍을 통해 처음 한국 문화를 접했습니다. 그 이후, 한국의 예술, 음식, 패션 등 다양한 문화를 즐기고 경험했습니다. 2019년, 학부 교환학생 프로그램에 참가하면서 처음으로 한국에서 생활하게 되었습니다. 한국문화 수업에서 한국의 경제 발전이 회사들의 우수한 기술력을 통해 이루어지는 과정을 배웠고, 한국이 세계적으로영향력 있는 국가로 빠르게 발전하는 모습을 보았습니다. 이러한 발전은 기술뿐만 아니라 한국 사람들의비즈니스 수행 방식과 창의력에도 크게 의존하고 있음을 깨닫고, 한국에 더 큰 관심을 가지게 되었습니다.
학부 졸업 후, OO자동차태국지사에서 인턴으로 일하며 사람들의 업무 방식과 문화를 직접 배울 수 있었습니다. 인턴 프로그램이끝난 후, 한국 기업들이 비즈니스를 수행하는 방식을 배우기 위해 한국 대학에 진학하기로 결심했으며 석사학위를한국에서 취득하게 되었습니다. 한국에서의 다양한 활동을 통해 자기 개발을 했으며, 이를 바탕으로 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖춘 글로벌 마케터로 성장하고자 합니다. 다양한 상황에 빠르게 적응하고 혁신적 사고방식과 창의적 접근법을 습득한 마케터 되는 것이 제 목표입니다.

[활동 계획]
LG이노텍 전장부품사업은 제품∙고객 구조의 정예화를 통해 수익성을 개선하고 있습니다. 인턴십 과정에서 부문의 주요 제품과 시장 동향, 경쟁사 분석을 학습하고 내부 역할과 프로세스를 이해할 것입니다. 또한, 고객 니즈를 파악하고 글로벌 시장과 경쟁사 분석에 참여합니다. 기업의 마케팅 전략을 분석하고 새로운 아이디어를 제시하여 경쟁 우위를 확보할 전략을 마련합니다. LG이노텍은 라이다와 레이더 제품으로 전장부품 사업을 확장할 예정이니 이 부분에 대한 마케팅 계획도 작성해보며 회사와 함께 발전하고자 합니다.

[To Become a Global Marketer]
I have made various efforts to achieve my goal of becoming a global marketer. First, I gained experience by working at a global company. As an intern at OO Motors' Thailand branch, I gained an understanding of the work style and mindset of Korean companies, while also conducting real tasks such as customer satisfaction surveys, which helped me deepen my understanding of marketing and customers.
Second, I engaged in various activities to acquire knowledge in different fields. I worked as a global marketing team member at a law firm in Korea, where I learned the principles of international markets and studied international law. Additionally, as a teaching assistant, I was responsible for courses such as venture management, startup strategy, and human resource management, gaining useful knowledge for real business situations.
Lastly, I took advanced English and Korean courses to improve my language skills, and I gained practical experience through volunteer work as a translator and interpreter in Korean-Thai-English. Through these efforts, I have developed the necessary skills to become a global marketer, and I will continue to grow and achieve my goals in the future.
[From Culture to Business Models]
I grew up in a Thai-Chinese family, exposed to diverse cultures. This cultural diversity broadened my perspective and fostered my desire to experience various cultures, which has become a crucial element in shaping who I am today. In 2010, I was introduced to Korean culture for the first time through the Korean Wave (Hallyu). Since then, I have enjoyed and experienced various aspects of Korean culture, including art, food, and fashion. In 2019, I lived in Korea for the first time as part of an undergraduate exchange program. In my Korean culture class, I learned how Korea's economic development was achieved through the technological excellence of its companies, and I witnessed how Korea rapidly developed into an influential country globally. I realized that this growth relied not only on technology but also significantly on the business practices and creativity of the Korean people, which deepened my interest in Korea.
After graduating from my undergraduate program, I worked as an intern at OO Motors' Thailand branch, where I directly learned about people’s work styles and cultures. After completing the internship, I decided to pursue a master's degree in Korea to learn more about how Korean companies conduct business, and I successfully obtained my degree in Korea. Through various activities during my time in Korea, I developed myself further, and with this foundation, I aspire to grow into a global marketer equipped to compete in the global market. My goal is to become a marketer who can quickly adapt to different situations and acquire innovative thinking and creative approaches.
LG Innotek plays a vital role in the automotive components industry with its innovative technologies and creative business models. I aim to deepen my understanding of the automotive components sector and enhance my ability to develop marketing strategies at this company. Moreover, through LG Innotek’s global network and collaborative culture, I hope to gain practical marketing experience in various markets, strengthening my capabilities as a global marketer. I believe the internship at LG Innotek will be a significant step toward achieving this goal.
I am applying for the foreign internship at LG Innotek to contribute to mutual growth based on the expertise I gained during my bachelor's and master's studies. In my undergraduate program, I majored in electrical and electronic engineering and participated in various research projects, including Project A, during my master's program, building my research experience in automotive components.
Through this internship, I hope to learn about LG Innotek's innovative automotive component technology and how to contribute to the company's growth in the global market as an international student. During the internship, I will strive to enhance LG Innotek's technological competitiveness in the global market. Based on my experience in my major since my undergraduate years, I will identify areas that can be applied in LG Innotek's real projects. Furthermore, I will participate in all processes, from product performance evaluation to sample production for improvement, to strengthen my technical capabilities. Additionally, as an H/W development engineer, I will grow into an engineer with communication skills by collaborating with other departments.
