학부에서 OO을 전공하였고, 석사에서는 OO을 전공하였습니다. 두 전공이 서로 달랐기 때문에, 입학 전부터 기초 통계학을 스스로 공부하며 준비했습니다. 입학 후에는 선배와 교수님을 찾아가서 응용 통계학을 배우기 위해 노력했습니다. 그 결과, 첫 학기 저조한 성적에도 불구하고 이후 높은 성적을 유지할 수 있었습니다. 이 경험을 통해 새로운 분야에 도전하는 것이 어렵지만, 노력과 열정을 통해 극복할 수 있다는 것을 배웠습니다. 더 큰 도전에 맞서 앞으로도 끊임없이 성장하겠습니다,

저는 E-스포츠를 통해 처음으로 한국에 대해 알게 되었습니다. E-스포츠 팬으로서 한국 선수의 인터뷰를 보며 한국 문화와 한국에 대해 공부를 시작하게 되었습니다. 한국어를 공부하면서 한국의 진정한 매력은 E-스포츠뿐만 아니라 미래지향적인 산업과 문화 사업을 기반으로 한 빠른 성장력에 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 그래서 한국의 성장을 직접 경험하고, 성장 원동력을 공부하기 위해 유학을 결정하였습니다. 이후, 한국 팬으로서 한국의 성장에 기여하며 저 역시 유럽 시장 전문가로 함께 성장하고 싶습니다.
3. 귀하의 장단점은 무엇입니까
저의 장점은 새로운 것에 도전하며 성장한다는 것입니다. 한국어를 공부하면서 학교 내 근로학생으로 일하며 한국어 실력을 빠르게 향상시켰습니다. 또한, A 인턴십에 도전하여 부서 최초의 외국인 인턴으로 근무하며 한국의 직장 문화를 직접 경험하며 성장하고 있습니다.
제 단점은 때때로 주변의 기대에 미치지 못할까 봐 두려워한다는 점입니다. 외국인 인턴으로 많은 기대를 받았지만, 고민이 많아 입사 초기에 제 능력을 보여주지 못한 경험이 있습니다. 이를 극복하고자, 제 강점인 차별화된 시각으로 프로젝트에 기여할 수 있었습니다.
4. 본인이 가진 가장 탁월한 경쟁력은 무엇인지 서술하시오
가장 큰 경쟁력은 문제 해결 능력과 창의적인 접근입니다. 고급 한국어를 배워야 했을 때, 기존의 공부 방법 대신 저만의 공부법을 고안해 한국어 능력시험 6급을 취득할 수 있었습니다. 외국인 유학생들 중 특히 중국과 일본 친구들이 한국어에 뛰어나다는 것을 보고, 한자를 바탕으로 어휘 공부 방법을 창안했습니다. 개별 단어 대신 수백 개의 음절과 의미를 습득해 단어를 연결하고, 구성 한자를 분석하여 의미를 되새기는 방식으로 한국어 실력을 단기간에 크게 향상시켰습니다. 이 를 통해 다른 서구권 유학생들보다 효율적으로 공부할 수 있었습니다.

1. Describe your personal growth process.
[Growing by Challenging New Fields]
I majored in [major name] during my undergraduate studies and pursued [major name] in my master’s program. Since the two majors were different, I prepared by studying basic statistics on my own before starting the master’s program. After enrolling, I sought help from seniors and professors to learn applied statistics. As a result, despite receiving low grades in my first semester, I was able to maintain high grades thereafter. Through this experience, I learned that while challenging new fields can be difficult, it is possible to overcome them with effort and passion. I will continue to grow by facing greater challenges in the future.
2. Describe your reasons for studying in Korea.
I first learned about Korea through e-sports. As an e-sports fan, I started studying Korean culture and Korea after watching interviews with Korean players. While studying Korean, I discovered that Korea's true charm lies not only in e-sports but also in its rapid growth, driven by future-oriented industries and cultural businesses. Therefore, I decided to study in Korea to directly experience its growth and understand the driving forces behind it. In the future, as a fan of Korea, I want to contribute to Korea's growth while also developing myself as an expert in the European market.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My strength is that I grow by challenging new things. While studying Korean, I worked as a student assistant at school, which helped me quickly improve my Korean language skills. Additionally, I challenged myself by taking on an internship at [company name], where I became the first foreign intern in the department, gaining first-hand experience of Korean workplace culture and growing from it.
My weakness is that I sometimes fear not meeting the expectations of those around me. As a foreign intern, I received high expectations, but due to my worries, I was unable to demonstrate my abilities at the beginning of my internship. To overcome this, I was able to contribute to projects by leveraging my strength of having a unique perspective.
4. Describe the most outstanding competitive advantage you possess.
My greatest competitive advantage is my problem-solving ability and creative approach. When I needed to master advanced Korean, instead of following traditional study methods, I devised my own study technique, which helped me achieve a Level 6 on the TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean). Observing that Chinese and Japanese students, in particular, excel in Korean due to their knowledge of Chinese characters, I developed a vocabulary study method based on this. Rather than memorizing individual words, I learned hundreds of syllables and their meanings, connecting them to form words and analyzing the component characters to reinforce their meanings. This approach significantly improved my Korean proficiency in a short period, allowing me to study more efficiently than other Western students.
5. State your motivation for applying to Hyundai Elevator and your aspirations after joining.

I understand that Hyundai Elevator is preparing to expand its global business by establishing Poland as a base for entering the European market. As an intern at Hyundai Elevator, I intend to leverage my strengths in challenge and problem-solving to conduct market research and feasibility studies for entering the European market, thereby contributing to the company’s growth. Furthermore, I am applying with the aspiration to experience Hyundai Elevator’s leading technology first-hand and to participate in global projects, thereby developing the skills necessary for a global work environment and growing into an expert in the European market.
