A&R / Artist Manager (Experienced)

The YG Entertainment A&R team plans the branding and activity direction of artists. The team maintains the artist's direction, enhances their capabilities, and continuously monitors and communicates about their annual activities. Additionally, the A&R team plays a guiding role in album planning and execution, collaborating closely with various internal and external departments.

YG A&R Team is looking for individuals who:

Responsibilities:

‍✔ Complete artist branding

✔ Plan and produce albums

✔ Budget allocation and release scheduling

✔ Content quality control

Qualifications:

‍✔ At least 4 years of experience in A&R-related work

✔ Understanding of the music and entertainment industry and trends

✔ Ability to meticulously monitor artists based on analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

‍✔ Proficiency in foreign languages

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ No restrictions on overseas travel
