[ 담당업무 ]
✔ 아티스트 로드맵 구축 및 프로젝트 TF 관리 (프로젝트 예산, 성과 관리 등)
✔ 제작 업무 프로세스 진단 및 개선 (시스템 고도화 등)
✔ 제작-사업 연계 포인트 전략 제언 및 운영
[ 자격요건 ]
✔ 대졸 이상의 유관 업무 경력 만 5년 이상 보유하신 분
✔ 앨범 제작 업무 경험을 보유하신 분
✔ 구조화된 사고력과 분석력을 보유하신 분
[ 우대사항 ] *필수 사항 아님
✔ 외국어(영어/일본어) 가능하신 분
✔ 관련 전공자(상경/음악/미술)
✔ 데이터 분석 업무 경험 또는 역량 보유하신 분
✔ 음악 레이블에서 제작 관련 업무 경험하신 분

Production Strategy Team / Production Strategy Manager (Experienced)
The YG Production Strategy Team establishes long-term roadmaps for our artists and suggests key strategies for major events. Additionally, they support the creation of an efficient production system by establishing directions for process improvements within the production sector.
YG Production Strategy Team is looking for individuals who:
☑ Can collaborate smoothly with various departments and stakeholders with a flexible and positive mindset
☑ Possess proactive problem-solving skills based on an active and anticipatory attitude
☑ Have a deep understanding of the entertainment industry
Responsibilities:
✔ Build artist roadmaps and manage project task forces (project budgets, performance management, etc.)
✔ Diagnose and improve production work processes (system enhancement, etc.)
✔ Suggest and implement strategies linking production and business points
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
✔ Experience in album production
✔ Structured thinking and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
✔ Proficiency in foreign languages (English/Japanese)
✔ Related majors (Business Administration/Music/Art)
✔ Experience or skills in data analysis
✔ Experience in production-related tasks at a music label
