Job Responsibilities

• Develop global marketing communication strategies for the Laneige brand in North America and Europe
• Plan and execute global Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns
• Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies
• Collaborate with local agencies to plan, produce, and utilize global content
• Establish media mix strategies and manage budgets
• Analyze content and media trends in target countries to inform communication strategies

Ideal Candidate

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (all majors welcome)
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing
• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate directly with local contacts
• Experience in establishing and executing global (Western markets) IMC strategies
• Deep understanding and strategic use of global (Western) digital media markets
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies on digital platforms (e.g., META, Google, TikTok, Instagram)
• Strong understanding of global (Western) customer behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching brands in new countries
• Experience in global consumer goods (including beauty) marketing communications
• Experience in marketing using global influencers
• Experience living in or graduating from universities in Western countries
• Experience working with overseas subsidiaries or as an expatriate for a Korean company
• For non-Korean applicants: Experience working in a Korean company or a degree from a Korean university is preferred
