Spoon Labs is looking for a Taiwan CS Operator to join our global audio social platform, Spoon 🚀

🏄 Team Introduction: Spoon User Support Team
- Manages Spoon services in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan
- Focuses on managing VIP and user communities, improving VoC (Voice of Customer), and establishing engagement policies to enhance user experience quality
- Resolves issues through active communication with users, contributing to the growth of Spoon

🎉 Main Responsibilities
- Spoon Taiwan CS consultations (1:1)
- Managing and responding to partner companies (payment processors)
- Planning and operating payment/exchange promotions
🙋♂️ Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in customer service or operations in the IT industry
- Native or business-level proficiency in Chinese (Taiwanese)
- Strong skills in business email and document writing
- Experience in handling partner companies
🔮 Preferred Qualifications
- Taiwanese native living in Korea
- Strong interest in and understanding of content platform services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with related departments and reach consensus
- Customer-centric mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Interest in revenue and commission management

🎯 Recruitment Process
- Document Screening: Spoon Labs HR and relevant team members carefully review documents
- First Interview: Practical interview with the Spoon User Support team (in-person, approx. 1 hour)
- Assignment: Completion of a task assigned by Spoon Labs
- Second Interview: Organizational fit interview with HR (in-person, approx. 1 hour)
- Third Interview: Comprehensive practical and organizational fit interview with the head of the business division (in-person, approx. 1 hour)

- Offer Negotiation and Final Acceptance

- Work only 4 hours on Mondays, 4.5-day work week
