IT Planning

- Responsible for IT planning and PI promotion within the company.

- Execute DX promotion tasks within the team.

Requirements

- Understanding of IT planning

- Proficiency in Korean

Preferred Qualifications

- Major in Business Administration, IT-related fields

- Possession of ADsP, ADP related certifications

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)

- Experience in IT planning and PI promotion

Application Period and Method

Internship Period

- September 2, 2024 - November 29, 2024 (3 months)

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, decision on conversion to contract or regular position after the internship

Selection Process

- Application Deadline ➔ Document Screening ➔ 1st and 2nd Interviews ➔ Final Selection

• Successful candidates will be contacted individually after each selection stage.
• All selection processes, including document screening and interviews, will be conducted in Korean.

General Requirements

- Foreign nationals or those holding foreign citizenship (only those proficient in Korean)

- Those who hold a visa allowing internship activities in Korea

- Holders of a bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year accredited university (those expected to graduate by August 2024 are also eligible)

- Those who can perform a full-time internship

- Those who have no disqualifications for obtaining an E7 visa in the future

Other Information

- Kolon Benit's internship program aims for all interns to transition to regular positions.

• After transitioning, various benefits such as flexible remote work (once a week on preferred day), a one-month sabbatical every five years, and more await.
