3. Eligibility
Foreign students who are currently enrolled or have been accepted into a university (including graduate schools) in Gwangju Metropolitan City and who have personal SNS accounts.
4. Activity Period
From the date of appointment to December 2025
5. Activity Details
- Event Participation: Mandatory participation in events such as the Opening Ceremony, University Tour, Closing Ceremony, International Student Day, and Gwangju Design Biennale. Participation in other events hosted by Gwangju City is optional.
- SNS Content Posting: Share experiences from event participation, student life in Gwangju, tourist information, cultural and artistic activities, etc. Content can be posted in various formats such as text, photos, and short-form videos on personal SNS accounts.
6. Activity Benefits
- Monthly payment for SNS content contributions
- Certificate of Appointment and Name Tag awarded at the Opening Ceremony
- Selection of outstanding supporters and award of a Certificate of Commendation from the Mayor of Gwangju at the Closing Ceremony
- Invitation to major events in Gwangju (when held)

8. Selection Criteria
- Criteria: Comprehensive evaluation considering gender, nationality, SNS proficiency, Korean language skills, willingness to participate, etc.
- Exclusion: Applicants who do not actively participate as supporters, those who cause complaints, or those who are deemed to be significantly insincere in their activities, such as using others' content.
9. Announcement of Results
Results will be announced individually in March 2025.
10. Additional Information
- If the submitted documents are found to be false, the applicant may be disqualified, and even if selected, the appointment may be canceled.
- Applicants are responsible for any disadvantages caused by errors, omissions, or unavailability of contact information in the submitted documents. Submitted documents will not be returned.
- Content submitted during the activity will be jointly owned with Gwangju City and may be used for public purposes (e.g., SNS promotional materials, posters, videos, etc., for Gwangju City promotion and marketing).
- The recruitment schedule and benefits may change due to internal circumstances.
