New Talent Development Team / Trainee Manager (Intern)

The New Talent Development Team is a department that provides training to enhance the various skills required for artists, focusing on talents discovered and selected by the Audition Casting Team. The training encompasses not only skills but also personality development and mental care to support the overall growth of the artist.

YG New Talent Development Team is looking for individuals who:

‍☑ Possess a positive and proper value system

☑ Are proactive in communication

☑ Can quickly catch psychological changes and respond appropriately

Responsibilities:

‍✔ Plan and operate trainee training programs

✔ Provide psychological care for trainees

✔ Communicate with trainers

Qualifications:

‍✔ Associate degree or higher with a strong interest and understanding of the entertainment industry

✔ Proficient in communication

✔ Capable of long-term planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

‍✔ Proficiency in foreign languages (English, Japanese, Chinese, Thai)

✔ Major in related fields

✔ Possession of a Class 1 driver's license

Employment Type:

‍▶ [Intern] 3-month contract (Before the contract period ends, an evaluation will determine whether the position can be converted to a full-time role.)
