Recruitment Period

- Application Submission: June 21, 2024 (Fri) - June 27, 2024 (Thu), 18:00 deadline

- Interview Schedule: Expected on July 8, 2024 (Mon)

- Inauguration Ceremony: Expected on July 19, 2024 (Fri)

• Failure to attend the inauguration ceremony will result in disqualification.
• The schedule is subject to change based on operational conditions.

Eligibility

• College students nationwide interested in CJ CGV (including students on leave)
• Must be able to actively participate in regular offline meetings (every Friday)
  • Preference given to those planning to apply for CGV entry-level positions in the second half of 2024

Activity Period

- July - August 2024 (summer vacation)

• A total of 7 offline activities including the inauguration and closing ceremonies

Activity Locations

• CJ CGV headquarters (Yongsan) and CGV locations in Seoul/Metropolitan area

Main Activities

- Job Experience: Participation in actual work activities (F&B, content, space, etc.)

• Review and propose opinions on major business issues with current mentors
• New business study and in-depth discussion sessions
• Training and experience in collaboration processes

- Career-UP: HR and professional networking activities

• Q&A on success tips from new employees
• Q&A on job roles from current employees
• Career coaching and job tips from HR managers

- CGV Brand Experience and Mission Program

• Brand tours and new business experiences
• Writing experience reports and completing team/personal missions
