Recruitment Details:

- Application Period: June 24, 2024, 9:00 AM to July 17, 2024, 5:00 PM

- Announcement of Selected Candidates: August 1, 2024

- Orientation and Training: Sometime in August

Number of Recruits:

- 35 members

Activity Period:

- August 2024 to December 2024 (approximately 5 months)

Main Activities:

-Fact-Checking Activities:

- Write reports and correct false information about Korea.

Promotional Activities:

- Promote the "Korea Fact Check Service" to domestic and international audiences.

Application Method:

- Log in to the Korea Fact Check Service website (www.factsaboutkorea.go.kr) (Membership required).

- Fill out the application form in the Korea Fact Check Team menu.

- Submit a two-minute video on why you are suitable for the role (activation of the video viewer button is required for submission).

Eligibility:

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Residents and foreigners who can communicate in Korean at a level sufficient to participate in the activities.

- Individuals interested in Korean culture and history and capable of delivering accurate information.

- Should be able to conduct research on Korean-related false information.

- Must be active on social media or willing to participate in online/offline activities.

Additional Notes:

- Selected candidates will receive details about the schedule and orientation via email.

- Attendance at the orientation is mandatory, with exceptions for those residing abroad or in exceptional circumstances.
