ZEPETO와 크리에이터가 함께 성장할 수 있도록 지원하여, 건강한 크리에이터 생태계를 조성합니다.
전세계 여러 국가에서 라이브 크리에이터 및 버튜버의 성장을 지원하고 많은 라이브 이벤트를 통해 내/외부의 이해관계자와 함께 협업하고 있습니다.
크리에이터가 제작한 다양한 컨텐츠를 즐기고 좋아하고 크리에이터와 함께 성장하는데 보람을 느낄 수 있는 분이면 좋겠습니다.
책임 및 역할
- 라이브 서비스 관련 기획/운영 프로그램 업무 지원- 라이브 크리에이터가 성장할 수 있도록 관리 및 운영 지원- 라이브 운영을 고도화 하기 위해 경쟁사 분석 및 시장조사 등 자료 조사 업무 수행- 라이브 관련 숏폼 영상 제작
필요 역량
- 전형 절차 별 일정에 참여 가능하신 분
- Adobe Photoshop, Figma의 기본 사용 스킬을 갖추신 분
- MS Office 활용 능력을 갖추신 분- 숏폼 영상 제작이 가능하신 분
우대 사항
- 다양한 분야의 크리에이터를 좋아하고 라이브 콘텐츠를 즐기시는 분
- 버튜버 및 버튜버 시장에 대한 이해도를 지니신 분
- 일본어가 유창하시거나 일본 거주 경험이 있으신 분
- 실제로 라이브 방송을 해보거나 크리에이터로 활동한 경험이 있으신 분
채용 조건
- 계약직 : 약 6개월

Department Introduction
We support the growth of ZEPETO and creators to foster a healthy creator ecosystem. We assist the growth of live creators and VTubers in various countries worldwide and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through numerous live events. We are looking for someone who finds it rewarding to enjoy, appreciate, and grow with the content created by creators.
Responsibilities and Roles
- Support tasks related to live service planning/operations programs
- Manage and support live creators' growth
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to enhance live operations
- Produce short-form videos related to live content
Required Skills
- Ability to participate in each stage of the selection process
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to produce short-form videos
Preferred Qualifications
- Enjoy and appreciate creators in various fields and live content
- Understanding of VTubers and the VTuber market
- Proficiency in Japanese or experience living in Japan
- Experience in live broadcasting or as a creator
Employment Conditions
- Contract position: Approximately 6 months※ Regular conversion is not considered.
